While staying at Bracken Lodges keep your eyes peeled for red squirrels, red deer, roe deer, pheasants and great spotted woodpeckers! Ospreys have also been seen at the loch side catching their prey. Scottish Wildlife Trust, Loch of the Lowes, Wildlife Centre, Dunkeld - From the observation hide you will see ospreys at the eyrie during the breeding season, great crested grebes and otters. Glengoulandie Country Park, near Aberfeldy - Glengoulandie Country Park is situated at the foot of Schiehallion offering everyone the opportunity to experience some of Scotland's magnificent scenery and native wildlife such as red deer, including white stags, highland cattle, rare breeds of sheep and wild goats. Loch Leven National Nature Reserve, Kinross - is brimming with wildlife and is home to more than 190 species of birds. In autumn each year some 20,000 geese arrive to winter on and around the loch. RSPB Visitor Centre open all year - hides and trails through wetland and woodland.
