All New Year bookings will be required to pay a £100 housekeeping deposit along with the final payment. This will be refunded to the hirer in the week following departure providing that the lodge has not been over occupied and was left in the condition found.

Price periods shown are Saturday to Saturday. For lodges with a Friday start date, prices

are charged at the following Saturday rate.

Discounts for Two Occupants

10% discount in any two bedroom lodge

If we do not have any one or two bedroom lodges still available for the dates you require, please telephone us on 01567 820169 for a discounted price in any remaining three bedroom lodge

(excluding Peak season and New Year)

£40 discount during Peak season and New Year in any two or three bedroom lodge

Pet - £25 per week - one small dog (terrier/toy size) in Lochy Lodge only

Travel Cot - £15 per week - please supply own cot bedding

Park Terms & Conditions

Only one of the above discounts may apply and are not available for bookings of less than one week. Please note all lodges are strictly non smoking. Lodges must not be over accommodated and we do not allow any additional overnight visitors, single sex parties or young mixed groups - we are a family park. Babies must be included in the party size. Beinn Ghlas Lodge cannot be booked in conjunction with any other lodge. Pets must not be left unattended at any time. Prices shown are inclusive of: All occupants agreed at the time of booking, V.A.T. @ 17.5% (any change will be recalculated). Gas and electricity used during your stay, supply and laundry of bed linen and towels. Free fishing for trout (when in season) from the park. Short breaks between November and March, (excluding Easter, Christmas and New Year) - Minimum Charge Applies. Please telephone for availability.

Booking Procedure:-

1. Please telephone first with your booking (Tel: 01567 820169), which will then be held for 7 days until your deposit is received.

2. A non-returnable deposit of £100 per week booked (which is of course deducted from the price of your holiday) is required to confirm the booking. Cheques can be made payable to 'Bracken Lodges' or we can accept a payment from most credit/debit cards.

3. The balance is due in full 6 weeks in advance of your arrival, no reminder will be sent for the balance, so to avoid disappointment please ensure your final payment has reached us by the given date.

4. A booking confirmation and receipt will be sent for your deposit and final payment within 7 days.
